The familiar cozy spices and plump raisins make these even more irresistible. They will keep for a minumum of one week if stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator--if they last that long!
1 cup (100g) instant oats (fermented if required and measured like that )
3/4 cup (90g) whole wheat or gluten-free* flour (measured like that )
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup (63g) mashed banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup (40g) raisins
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in the maple syrup. Add the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Allow the cookie dough rest for 10 minutes.
Using a spoon and spatula, dip the cookie dough to 15 curved scoops on the sheet, and apply to the desired depth and width by means Vegan Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal, and Nut Cookies Recipe - Allrecipes ... of a spatula.
